Co-Medic and Sensible selected for CrossRoads
We are proud to announce that Co-Medic and Sensible have been selected for the CrossRoads innovation programme. This milestone allows us to further refine and test our technology together with Flemish and Dutch partners.
Partnering with Sensible Healthcare Systems
The collaboration enables GPs to process data from Sensible’s continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) inside the Co-Medic platform without additional admin work. The system automatically combines sensor data with other relevant clinical information in one clear diabetes overview, making it easy to spot trends and advise patients on how lifestyle choices impact glucose levels.
We are convinced this partnership brings us closer to our goal: giving GPs and practice nurses the tools to deliver better care with less administrative burden.
This project receives financial support from the European Union (Interreg).
About CrossRoads
CrossRoads supports cross-border innovation between companies in Flanders and the south of the Netherlands. The programme provides funding as well as access to networks and expertise to strengthen collaborations.
About Sensible Healthcare Systems
Founded in 2019, Sensible Healthcare Systems brings together researchers and technical experts from TU Delft, KTH Stockholm and experienced entrepreneurs. The company was created from the belief that today’s CGMs still suffer from fundamental issues that prevent large-scale deployment, even though their true potential lies in population-wide use. Looking ahead
Participation in CrossRoads allows us to further develop this integration and prepare it for real-world deployment in primary care. We look forward to working with our partners and creating a positive impact on diabetes care. More information about CrossRoads can be found on the official programme website.
