We are excited to announce that Co-Medic has been featured in an article in Artsenkrant. The article discusses Co-Medic's vision for improving care coordination and efficiency in primary care practices, and the development of our tool that acts as a dynamic layer above the EMD. Our tool makes data from the EMD workable for general practitioners, practice nurses, and other primary care workers.
